WELCOME TO MAMIR'S EXPRESS 

Please note we do not process or ship orders  Saturday and Sundays . We make it our goal to get your orders out as soon as possible. We process and ship all orders on Monday through Friday  in order which they are received.

ORDER STATUS 

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you from us with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.Please allow 3-5 business day for your order to be fulfilled.

 

SHIPPING

 Please allow 2-3 days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 7 12 days shipping time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS or any other carrier that we provided. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship international our shopping cart  is set up to charge for international shipping rate. Our International  delivery time varies on each country. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Mamir's Express.,at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Underwear
  • Holiday items
  • Customized items

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

HOW DO I RETURN?

Contact us and we will email you return information 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
  • Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES.

If you'd like to order a different size, color or product, please return unwanted item and then place a new order online

STOLEN ITEMS

All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. If your order gets stolen, Mamir's Express is not responsible.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT

Mamir's Express will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undelivered charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account
